The Graef diamond knife sharpener D-1000 is ideal for re-sharpening multi-purpose slicer knives with a smooth edge. The grinding wheel and the honing element of the D-1000 are diamond-coated and quickly create the original sharpness of the Graef Allesschneider knife (for knives with Ø 170 mm). This ensures the best cutting results. The D-1000 is placed on the slicer’s carriage to re-sharpen the knife, the knife is not heated.
