Adidas 6,35 cm ADTB-10607RD resistance band

A 6.35 cm wide resistance band by adidas will be useful both for training with and without a load. Suitable for strengthening traditional strength training, it provides constant resistance. Exercises with armbands strengthen you without the need for bulky equipment.
Using the tape makes the muscles do more work, making the exercises more effective. This allows you to perform training with appropriately selected resistance. The tape can be used for crossfit, yoga, static exercises, but also in rehabilitation and correction of posture defects. The tapes not only add resistance during exercise, but also facilitate learning, for example, to pull up. All you need to do is hook a strap with sufficient resistance to the pull-up bar, put your foot or knee in the loop and try to pull up. The resistance should be reduced until the support tape is completely eliminated. Thanks to the tape, we can perform a whole body training.
