CONVENIENCE
The Fitball III exercise ball is made of a material that reduces slipping. This effect is additionally supported by belts running along the entire circumference of the ball. TECHNOLOGY
The Fitball III model uses the Anti-Burst system, which means that in the event of a puncture of the ball, the air is gradually released. This is extremely important for the safety of the exerciser who gains time to react (getting off the ball).

The size of the gymnastic ball is selected according to the height:

However, remember that it's best to choose the ball by sitting on it and paying attention to the angle between your thighs and your upper body and the angle between your thighs and calves. This angle should be at least 90 degrees with your feet flat on the ground. For best results, the angle between the upper body and thighs is greater than 90 degrees and the hip joint is higher than the knee joint.
